Position: Startup Operations Manager
Part-Time/Full-Time Starting in Q1 2025
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the physical office space.
- Support company administration tasks.
- Assist with various projects across the organization.
- Manage contacts & relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Help with purchasing and bookkeeping activities.
- Support in Communication and Presentations
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Thrive in uncertain and dynamic environments.
- Independent and proactive in completing tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or Education in administration or operations is a plus.
- Interest in the sometimes-chaotic world of startups and their growth.
- Advanced German, Proficient in English.
Product/Mechanical Engineer – Railway vehicle & Interiors
Senior and Junior Positions starting in Q1/Q2 2025
Responsibilities:
- Develop our pod/cabin technologies in collaboration with designers and partners.
- Contribute directly to product innovation and development.
- (Senior Role) Manage engineering projects.
Requirements:
- Passion for sustainable mobility and night trains, interested in working on a problem with high Impact.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in building and prototyping.
- Degree in Engineering or related field (students may apply for junior positions).
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Experience in railway vehicles and/or vehicle interiors is a plus.
- Proficient in English, German a plus.
