Position: Startup Operations Manager

Part-Time/Full-Time Starting in Q1 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the physical office space.
  • Support company administration tasks.
  • Assist with various projects across the organization.
  • Manage contacts & relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Help with purchasing and bookkeeping activities.
  • Support in Communication and Presentations

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in uncertain and dynamic environments.
  • Independent and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or Education in administration or operations is a plus.
  • Interest in the sometimes-chaotic world of startups and their growth.
  • Advanced German, Proficient in English.


Product/Mechanical Engineer – Railway vehicle & Interiors

Senior and Junior Positions starting in Q1/Q2 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Develop our pod/cabin technologies in collaboration with designers and partners.
  • Contribute directly to product innovation and development.
  • (Senior Role) Manage engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sustainable mobility and night trains, interested in working on a problem with high Impact.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience in building and prototyping.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (students may apply for junior positions).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Experience in railway vehicles and/or vehicle interiors is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, German a plus.
